BBQ Duck Legs
Ingredients:
4 Pekin Duck legs
Salt and Pepper
- Light BBQ and heat to high.
- Trim the legs of any excess fat and season well
- Turn the BBQ to low and cook the legs on the flat plate until colored.
- Turn over and color on the other side.
- Close the lid and turn the legs approx every 10 mins. Keep watching them so they do not burn. They will take approx 25-30 mins.
- Rest for 10 mins before serving.
